Months Name Mat
Months of the Year
One evening, as I sat with my mother, I requested her help with planning the year ahead and jotting down the birthdays of my friends and family members. My mother suggested that we start by writing down the months of the year in a notebook. While I remembered most of them, there were a few that I couldn’t recall. To make learning fun and engaging, my mother suggested we use my Musky Kit. We laid out the Month’s mat and began to play together. My mother asked me about special dates in each month, and I enjoyed giving Musky commands to move to different blocks on the mat. Playing and learning with Musky was an enjoyable experience for me!
I am sure you learned a lot with your cute little learning buddy, Musky. Check if you can answer these questions.

Teachers Note
Learning the names and order of the months can improve a child’s memory and recall abilities. Understanding the concept of months can help children develop better time management skills and teachers can teach them to plan and organize activities according to the month and date by giving them tasks.
A birthday calendar can be collectively created for the entire class to teach kids about months and using musky month mat the teaching can be elaborated about the seasons and other concepts that fall under each month.
