It’s crucial to avoid touching electrical outlets with bare hands and to keep fingers away from hot surfaces and light bulbs to prevent any accidents. Teachers Note

While using the electrician mat, teachers can recall the concept of community helpers, who are community helpers and what they do. Then explain to them the role of an electrician. Depending upon the age group, the teacher can ask questions from children and can give commands to Musky accordingly. Teachers can tell children the role and responsibilities of an electrician. You can ask students if their parents have called the electrician for some power related work, what tools they carry and what all safety rules we should follow to be safe at home. If possible children can be asked to dress up like an electrician and a small role play can be done in class to make it more fun.
